Hello! My name is Stephanie Dille and I currently reside in the greater Indianapolis area in the great state of Indiana! I come from an extensive ASL background due to my father and brother being deaf. My mother, who is hearing, is a teacher at the Indiana School for the Deaf as well, so ASL is the primary language used in our home. After graduating with a degree in Psychological Science (with minors in human development and women & gender studies) from Ball State University in 2010 I accepted a position with an autism company in Greenwood, Indiana. I am an applied behavior analysis therapist there working with our non-verbal clients teaching them how to use sign language to communicate with others in the world around them. I am thrilled to be joining the My Smart Hands team so I can continue to educate those in our community about the benefits of not only using sign language with our infants, but with our children struggling with autism and other special needs as well. Please feel free to contact me at any time with any questions or comments!
